The most popular facilities at Guest House Zec are free private parking on site, free WiFi in all rooms, non-smoking rooms, the on-site restaurant, the terrace, air conditioning, a tea and coffee maker in every room and a good breakfast every morning.
Each room has a private bathroom with a bath or shower, free toiletries, a hairdryer, towels, toilet paper and linens, together with a wardrobe, clothes rack, socket near the bed, desk, seating area, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, radio, minibar, electric kettle, heating, iron and ironing facilities, a safe and tile or marble floors. Most rooms open onto a balcony or terrace with outdoor furniture and a garden or courtyard view.
Restaurant and breakfast
The property has one restaurant on site, open for breakfast, with a family-friendly and traditional atmosphere and outdoor seating. Dietary options include halal, kosher, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free dishes, and there is a kid-friendly buffet. Breakfast is continental and is served every morning.

House rules
Check-in is from 12:00 to 21:00 and check-out from 08:00 to 10:00. Children of all ages are welcome and a crib is available on request free of charge for children up to 3 years; extra beds are not available. Pets are not allowed, parties and events are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 22:00 and 07:00. The property accepts cash payments only. Cancellation and prepayment conditions depend on the selected room and dates.
